Usage of high frequency induction heating machine

The actual use of high frequency induction heating machine is heating, heat treatment, welding, annealing four kinds.

Heating 

1. Hot forging is mainly used to press the workpiece into other shapes by punching, forging or other forms after it is heated to a certain temperature (different heating temperatures are also different according to different materials).For example: watchcase, table blank, handle, die accessories, kitchen tableware, crafts, standard parts, fasteners, machinery parts processing, copper lock, rivet, steel, brazing hot extrusion, and so on.

2. Thermal coordination It mainly refers to the connection between different kinds of metals or between metals and non-metals by heating the metals and using the principle of thermal expansion or thermal fusion.For example: the copper core of computer radiator and aluminum sheet, horn mesh buried value welding, steel plastic pipe composite, aluminum foil sealing (toothpaste), motor rotor, electric heat pipe sealing and so on.

3. Smelting is the process of changing metals into liquid by means of high temperature, mainly suitable for iron, steel, copper, aluminum, zinc and various precious metals.Like the melting of gold and silver.

Induction heat treatment

It mainly changes the hardness of the metal material after heating the workpiece, and its specific application is as follows:

1. Various hardware tools and hand tools.Such as pliers, board hand, hammer, axe, screwdriver, scissors (garden scissors), etc.

2. Various auto and motorcycle accessories.Such as crankshaft, connecting rod, piston pin, sprocket, aluminum wheel, valve, rocker shaft, drive shaft, small shaft, fork and so on quenching;

3. Various power tools.Such as gear, shaft;

4. Machine tool industry.Such as machine bed surface, machine guide, such as quenching;

6. Hardware mold industry.Such as small mold, mold accessories, mold hole quenching;

Induction welding

It is primarily through the solder to melt until heated to a definite temperature, thus the two kinds of the same material or different materials of metal together, specific application is as follows: 1, the welding of all kinds of hardware tools, diamond cutting tools, grinding tools, drilling tools, alloy saw blade, carbide turning tool, milling cutter, reamer, cutter, woodworking drill welding;2. Induction annealing

1. Annealing in various stainless steel industries.Such as stainless steel basin, pot annealing drawing, annealing edge and tank annealing, stainless steel tube, stainless steel tableware, stainless steel cup, etc.

2. Induction annealing of other metal workpieces.Such as golf head, clubs, copper locks, hardware copper accessories, kitchen knife handle, blade, aluminum pan, aluminum barrel, aluminum radiator and various aluminum poducts.
