The induction hardening machine for shaft designed by Baoding Chaochang Electromechanical Co., Ltd. is high efficiency and power saving. This full digital integrated solid state induction hardening machine is designed for one of our domestic customer. The integrated induction quenching machine tool is mainly composed of digital solid state induction heating power supply, digital quenching machine, power supply cooling system and quenching medium cooling system. The machine tool adopts SIEMENS 808D CNC system to drive the ball screw by servo motor. With the digital DSP chip as the core part, PMW wave-chopping and Mosfet inverter technology, the induction hardening machine is much safe, high efficient and control precision.
