150KW high frequency welder for ERW pipe

One of our customer wanna make 45mm diameter with wall thickness 1.2mm, considering other pipe sizes he is making , we recommend 150KW solid state welder for him.

When making this size pipe, the DC voltage is 380V, DC current is 320A, AC current is 280A, Frequency is 311 KHZ and the pipe mill is running at 110meter/min.

Compared with old electronic tube type welder, our MOSFET solid state high frequency welder can save power up to 25% ~30%.

The whole complete set of HF welder is composed of switch rectifying cabinet , inverter output cabinet, operation console, 2-D adjustable bracket, water cooling system (water-water chiller or Air-water cooler).
